ManyPets is not included: it stopped selling in the US at the end of 2025 and moved its customers to Odie. PHI Direct is not included: it sells only in Canada. Bivvy and Wagmo are not included because their underwriter and current plan terms couldn't be confirmed from their own documents. Brands that resell another insurer's plan (for example CarePlus by Chewy) are listed on that plan rather than as separate providers. Brokers and comparison sites (such as Pawlicy Advisor or PawQuote), discount plans and emergency-fund services are not insurers and are not included.
